BBYQR JUST GOT COOLER

Meet Jennifer (fancy title: Client Experience Coordinator + Team Lead)! If you’ve contacted BBYQR recently, you’ve probably chatted with her on the phone or seen her name in your emails. She’s already made a HUGE impact on our workflow, inbox chaos level, and overall team morale! We can’t wait for her to keep making balloon waves with us!

SASK POLYTECH STARTUP CHALLENGE

Challenge complete! Our fearless leader Tanna pitched BBYQR to a panel of experts as a participant of Sask Polytech’s inaugural Start Up Challenge. Sask business owners, take note! This was an incredible program including mentorship, skill building, and a cumulative pitch competition. And oh yeah, she won :)

Home By Midnight

Where: Casino Regina Show Lounge

Habitat for Humanity’s Home by Midnight fundraiser was back after a smashing success last year! That means we got to hang a bunch of balloons from the ceiling and create a magical atmosphere for this awesome evening. This black tie event is the pinnacle of creative FUNdraising, and all proceeds go directly to building a Habitat for Humanity home.

Sasktel Rebrand

We always love working with Sasktel! In May, they launched a rebrand with a gorgeous new colour palette. New palettes call for branded balloons (fact) and we were thrilled to help them celebrate their next chapter!

Cathedral Village Arts Festival & Teagan Littlechief

Raise your hand if you love the Cathedral Village Arts Festival! Tanna and BBYQR’s heirs (aka her niece and nephew) enjoyed the activities, artists, and sunshine from May 18-23. They were absolutely blown away by Teagan Littlechief (go Spotify searching NOW! She’s one of Canada’s leading Indigenous country musicians, and when you take a listen, you’ll see why!)
