Planning

We will work together to build a quote based on your vision, budget, and venue. The use of inspiration photos and vibes is encouraged.

Contract

Once the quote is approved, you will receive a contract and invoice. To officially party with Balloon Bar YQR, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and an electronically signed contract. Remaining balance is due the week of the event.

Installation

We will arrive on site and complete the installation during the agreed upon time frames in your contract and tidy up and messes before we head out!
