Orders

If you know what you’d like to order, please visit our Online Shop and place an order online.

If you have a general idea, but not set on what you need for your event – contact us and we will work through some ideas with you to finalize something great for your function!

We recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date of your event. However, we understand that life gets busy! We will try to accommodate your order if it is placed last minute, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to fill orders that are required within 72 hours.

We request all invoices be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery. We currently accept all major credit cards via online payment link, cash, cheque or Interac E-Transfers to info@balloonbaryqr.ca

On orders more than $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed.

We start prepping your order a few days before we deliver it to you (it takes time to make those beautiful tassels!) Because of this, we do not allow changes to be made to your order within 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery.

Pick Up & Delivery

Yes, we deliver! Delivery fees apply and are dependent on location and size of order. We will include that information when providing you with an estimate.

Pick ups are available at our shop, Unit E - 1702 McDonald Street, Regina, SK. Our signage isn't up yet, but we are located right beside Prairie Boy Windows!

Balloon Care

Our signature balloons look top notch for approximately 48 hours. After that time, the balloon will slowly start to shrink and the letters will bubble. We have had clients send us pictures of their balloons looking great up to two weeks later - that's dependent on a number of variable factors - hence the 48 hour recommendation.

We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they are delivered or picked up. You might walk into a pokey tree branch, rest your balloons against a hot car, accidentally let them go, or over-expose them to the elements. Helium is very sensitive to hot and cold, and the life of your balloon could be affected by the temperature of your house or weather outside.

If we pop your balloon, we will replace it! However, if you/someone else/mother nature pops/steals/damages/karate chops/lets go of your balloon, Balloon Bar YQR is not held responsible.

Unfortunately, our Signature Balloons are not able to be transported uninflated. All Signature Balloons are delivered/picked up as a final product due to the process used to create them.

We will fill foil/mylar balloons that have not been purchased through us. However it's very important to note that we can not guarantee that they will stay inflated or that they won't pop. We will not replace any foil balloons that were not purchased through us.

Yes! We require at least 10-15 business days to complete these projects. We also require a high resolution image of your logo. We can also supply you with helium, valves, ribbon, cutters, etc for your event.
