NYE POP Drop!

Our POP Drops have been inspired by Balloon Creators like Charming Garlands in Philadelphia and Wisconsin Balloons in Wisconsin!

These 24” Balloons are FILLED w/ Little Balloons and Tissue Confetti (Don’t worry - no glitter!). These are air filled and have a fishing line attached so it can be hung from anywhere in your house!

When you are ready to pop, just use a pin or sharp object and POP into the NEW YEAR!
