FAQ
Common Questions
How long will my balloons last?
When kept indoors, in a cool area out of direct sunlight, they can last around 1-2 weeks. However, if placed outdoors, balloons may only last 1 - 2 days, depending on the temperature, weather, and overall handling. Please note, we cannot guarantee balloons lifespan once they are picked up from our shop, or delivered to a client.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is available at our shop in Regina, SK. At checkout, you will select your pick up date and time. Pick Up options are from Tuesday - Friday from 11AM-2PM and 3PM-6PM and Saturdays from 10AM - 2PM.
Can my order be delivered?
Yes, we deliver to Regina, SK and surrounding communities. Pricing is automatically calculated at check out.
What are your balloons made of?
We use the highest quality latex balloons available. They are 100% natural biodegradable latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be reused by adding air for future events.
How do I set up the balloons?
At Balloon Bar YQR, we believe items should be Ready to Party! Most items can be unbagged and placed at your event. If rigging it required, the materials will be included.
How do I care for my balloons?
Make sure to place them in an environment with stable temperatures, avoiding extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, or placing them near a window, flame, heat source, or air vent. Keep them away from any sharp objects or abrasive surfaces, including textured or bricked walls. While outdoor placement is certainly possible, it does increase the risk of damage and deflation. We’re unable to guarantee the longevity of these products and they will not qualify for replacements, refunds, or credits.
