Dress for Success is an organization dedicated to empowering women's financial independence. They provide donated formal wear, interview prep, and job retention training. Their annual fundraiser brings community members together to support these necessary initiatives. This year, we were thrilled to partner with them once again!
Inside-the-Install Details
Decorating the stage, tables, and halls of the Hotel Saskatchewan with balloons was our role for this event. This was the same venue used for the previous EmpowHER galas, so our familiarity with it was a great asset!

The Perfect Floral Finish
We love balloons, but dressing them up with a little floral touch creates something magical! This gala's exceptional decor would not have been complete without Rose and Vine Florals, a wonderful local flower shop in Downtown Regina! The botanical clusters studded throughout the stage's balloon garlands and flower centrepieces were simply divine.
Maryam Ibrahim
Maryam began her journey with BBYQR as an Intrapreneur with Venture for Canada for a short-term project. Now Balloon Bar's digital marketing intern, she helps produce high quality content for BBYQR's digital platforms. She is currently completing an undergraduate combined degree in Business and Psychology. Maryam is passionate about serving her community and hopes to use her future career in that pursuit.
