Everyday is April Fools
(If you only employ silly geese)
April 1, 2025
Things we take seriously: fun, community, local business.
Things we take less seriously: life, no parking zones, superfoods.
When: March 15, 2025
Where: Hotel Saskatchewan
Dress for Success never fails to inspire us. Their mission is to end poverty for women worldwide, and achieve a future where women are empowered in work and personal spaces. Their EmpowHER Gala is an annual fundraiser that we look forward to every year and this year’s was no exception! Stay tuned for more photos of this exceptional evening!
When: March 2025
Where: Private Event
We usually feature large events and fundraisers in this section. But hold that thought and LOOK at this kitty themed birthday installation. Cat foils, fringe, bouquets, signage, and the sweetest pink and green colour palette. And yep, that’s yarn. Are you “kitting” me?
When: March 5, 2025
Where: Viterra International Trade Centre
The University of Regina’s Inspiring Leadership Forum is one of Regina’s most impactful annual events. This year’s theme was The Power of Possibility. Complete with speeches, awards, and discussions, its power lived up to its name!
Next year’s Inspiring Leadership Forum is set for March 5, 2026. The theme and stellar panel is already locked in. Learn more below!
When: April 13, 2025
Where: Viterra International Trade Centre
This trade show is one of our favourites every year. Activities, products, services, and snacks, all dedicated to the little ones! We’ll be there bringing the balloon magic, and we hope to see you there too!
When: June 2025
Where: Balloon Bar YQR (and beyond!)
The pipeline from April to June is violent. June is our busiest balloonin’ month (by far!) This is your reminder to get those grad orders in early!
Shayla Dietrich is one of Balloon Bar’s founders, an incredible mom, and balloon royalty (AKA, Tanna’s sister). Last month, she shared her concerns with the Leader-Post about the future of $10/day daycare in Saskatchewan.
