A hallway with a balloon tower made with baby blue, beige, browm, and white balloons topped with a giant blue balloon which reads, "we can bearly wait".

The Hotel Saskatchewan's unique history of being built by the Canadian Pacific Railway and accommodating royal figures such as Queen Elizabeth II makes it a unique and special place for your significant events.

3 Things This Baby Shower Did Right:

  1. Table Decor: We love the teddy bear tea-party vibe going on at each table. And those "baby" party favor boxes? Paws-itively adorable. Having balloons as a table centerpiece really tied the whole theme together and ensured guests got to enjoy the decor close up!
  2. Venue Location: Sometimes big milestones (like welcoming a baby!) need big events. If you feel like your home might not be the ideal place for a party, don't be afraid to look for other options! This venue provided plenty of space for guests to mingle and socialize.
  3. Color Coordination: We know how overwhelming it can be to choose a color palette! One thing to keep in mind is how the decor will look against the venue's pre-existing colors. The blue and white balloons added to the brightness of the room, while the beige and brown balloons tied the decor to the teddy bear theme.

If you're throwing a baby shower, consider some of the above tips to throw a great party. Just don't forget that anything is possible with balloons (that's why we love them)! Figure out what works best for you, and bring all your ideas to the drawing board. We can bear-ly wait to help make your next event a success!
